Alongside our machines, you'll find a powerlifting section for those focused on building serious strength and a dedicated cardio and functional training area for those focused on improving their fitness and training like a hybrid athlete.
Our coaches are also on the gym floor throughout the week to assist members with their training, answer questions and help create a supportive environment. We also regularly host member events, and challenges to help build a strong community both inside and outside the gym.

Yes. We cap our membership at 250 members to prevent overcrowding, maintain coaching quality, and protect the culture of the gym.

No. Our gym-access memberships have no lock-in contracts or sign-up fees.
We do offer a 6 month upfront membership where you can save some money though.
